Call for Education | CNSF Congress

2025 CNSF Congress | MONDAY to thursday, June 9 -12

Shaw Centre and Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel, OTTAWA

The 2025 CNSF Congress will be held in-person, Monday to Thursday, June 9 - 12 in the vibrant city of Ottawa, Ontario at the Shaw Centre and the Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel. The Scientific Program Committee appreciates course suggestions as they work towards the development of a dynamic and varied 2025 Program.

If you would like to propose a course / session to be held during our Congress, please submit your suggestion by completing the ‘Course Outline’ below. We welcome all suggestions even if your course plan and speakers are not yet fully formed. Complete as many fields as you can at this time.

Most courses are 2.5 hours long and we encourage a variety of formats including case discussions and workshops. Should you adopt the traditional format, we recommend 2-4 speakers per session.

With your submission, please pay particular attention to selecting your target audience, but note that we also encourage courses with interdisciplinary content that would appeal to all of our members (trainees, child and adult neurologists, neurosurgeons, neurophysiologists, and neuroradiologists).

Additionally, if you know a colleague who is interested in proposing a course for our Congress, please forward this invitation to them.

We hope you will consider this request and submit your proposal by September 18, 2024 (extended date)

Should you have any questions or require additional information don't hesitate to contact us at the email addresses below.

Thank-you.
